Sessions last 50 minutes per session for talking therapies and 90 minutes per session for EMDR therapy. They usually take place once a week, on a day and time that best suits you. However, during the initial assessment (conducted during the first session and may last up to 3 sessions) this will be discussed, and sessions can take place further apart (e.g. fortnightly) if deemed suitable.
